06/05/2008 Within the framework of the Balkan Vulture Action Plan 4 Griffon Vultures have been transferrded from Zoo De Doue (France) to Kotel (Bulgaria) for the re-introduction project in Stara (Balkan) Mountain.

06/05/2008 Within the framework of the Balkan Vulture Action Plan 4 Griffon Vultures have been transferrded from Zoo De Doue (France) to Kotel (Bulgaria) for the re-introduction project in Stara (Balkan) Mountain. 

The vultures have been donated by Pierre Gay (Zoo De Doue), who paid also the transport. The vultures were transported by car with a trailer by FWFF team for about 3000 km to Bulgaria. We are greateful to Zoo De Doue for the support and the hospitality towards our team.
